IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAW 1581 OF 2012, ITS REGULATORY DECREE 1377 OF 2013 AND OTHER PROVISIONS ON THE MATTER, I-C STUDIOS S.A.S. ISSUES THE FOLLOWING POLICY FOR THE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

PURPOSE.
Pursuant to Law 1581 of 2012, its Regulatory Decree No. 1377 of 2013 and other regulations that add or modify issues related to the protection of personal data, I-C STUDIOS S.A.S., hereinafter “I-C”, has decided to issue this policy which will govern the processing of personal information to which I-C has access in accordance with the development of its corporate purpose, information which must be treated in strict compliance with the legal provisions with the sole purpose of guaranteeing the rights that according to the applicable regulations are granted to the Holders of the same.

PROCESSING OF INFORMATION.
With the sole purpose of complying with its statutory provisions and in accordance with the ordinary course of business, I-C processes the personal data of its employees, employees of its contractors, suppliers and clients. The processing of the aforementioned information may be carried out directly by I-C or by contractors and/or agents in charge of it. Likewise, in accordance with its corporate policies and the laws on the subject, I-C has full authority to transfer and/or transmit the information mentioned herein to its branches abroad and/or other subsidiaries only in compliance with the provisions of Colombian regulations.

The personal data collected by I-C will only correspond to those that are pertinent and adequate for the purpose for which they were obtained, the above, in compliance with the principles of freedom and purpose. I-C may not collect personal data without authorization from its Holder, unless the aforementioned act is permitted by the current laws on the subject, understanding with this, that I-C may not collect and/or store data from children and adolescents.

The personal data obtained by I-C will be considered confidential and will be disclosed if or only if some type of express request is made by the surveillance and control entities and other authorities that, in accordance with Colombian regulations, may require it, in which case I-C will provide all its collaboration so that the personal information of the Owner is known, updated and/or corrected free of charge; This, in compliance with the provisions of article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012.

For a better understanding, the treatment of data is defined as the collection, storage, administration, transfer, use, transmission and/or destruction, as permitted by current regulations and according to the specific case, it is carried out as follows:

Personal data of employees: This treatment is carried out with the sole purpose of achieving the correct and prompt fulfillment of labor obligations on behalf of I-C, such as payroll payments, affiliations and reports to the social security system, attention to queries, petitions, requests and/or claims, which may be made by the owner of the information or whoever has their legitimate right such as state and/or private entities that may require this kind of information according to their control, financing and other functions granted by current regulations.
Personal data of natural person suppliers: The processing of this information is carried out to allow full compliance by I-C of the obligations derived from the respective contract. Within the contractual obligations on which the treatment of this information falls, the following can be found: payment of fees, payment reports, reports or interactions that by law or by internal policies it is obligated to carry out, attention to queries, petitions, requests, actions and claims, made by the Owner of the information or by its legitimate heirs, the above without prejudice to the existence of other types of obligations according to each specific contract.
Personal data of natural person clients: With this, I-C seeks to comply with the obligations under its charge. Within the contractual obligations on which the treatment of this information falls, the following can be found: billing, payment reports or interactions that by law or by internal policies it is obligated to carry out, attention to queries, petitions, requests, actions and claims, made by the Owner of the information or by its legitimate heirs, the above without prejudice to the existence of other types of obligations according to each specific contract.
Product Users: The processing of this data allows I-C to comply with its obligations regarding product quality, to effectively address queries and claims.
